Between her 3024 residency with Martyn, her long running residency at Bossa Nova Civic Club, her monthly show on Bristol's Noods Radio and her party devoted to dub, bass and jungle-influenced music, Shy Eyez is in the booth more often than not.
NYC's Shy Eyez holds a residency at Brooklyn's Bossa Nova Civic Club, where she DJs regularly in addition to running a night dedicated to drum 'n' bass, bass, breaks and non-four-to-the-floor-techno. Drawing continual inspiration from parties such as Dub War and Reconstrvct, her sets span countless genres – from techno to breakbeat to classic old skool dubstep and beyond.
In the last two to three years, she's landed gigs DJing for Discwoman and Confused House as well as appeared on lineups alongside names such as Martyn, Nick Höppner, Joey Beltram, A Made Up Sound, Loefah, Mumdance, Galcher Lustwerk and Bruce. In addition to her monthly show on Bristol's Noods Radio, she's done guest mixes for Resident Advisor, Rinse FM, NTS Radio, WNYU, The Lot Radio and Radar Radio.
Started in July 2016, her recurring BreakZ party has hosted sets from Matrixxman, Dieselboy, Batu, Neuroshima, Parris, Dave Q and Hops.
In just the last two years, Shy Eyez has made a name for herself as one of New York's most versatile DJs. She currently plays as Martyn's 3024 resident, DJing alongside the highly influential producer, DJ and label owner at the 3024 label residency nights at Brooklyn's Good Room.
Shy Eyez made her international debut in July 2017, playing at Taipei's Korner. She made her DJing debut in Europe this year, playing at Berlin's Griessmuehle for the renowned Mother's Finest party.
